How should I proceed when receiving a shipment?
All our items are sent with packages in perfect condition.
The first thing to do is to verify that the number of packages received coincides with those sent. Then, check each neck externally paying close attention, to see if there are signs of possible blows or manipulations, such as: barrel, dents, holes, boxes in poor state, courier tape or any signs that may have made you suspect that the goods may have been damaged. It is mandatory to leave a signature on the courier delivery note, whether on paper or on a handheld computer (PDA) "VISIBLY DETERIORATED PACKAGE", if these signs are present. Do not sign a package as VISIBLY DETERIORATED and subsequently present photos showing that there was visible damage on the same, it will be a reason to refuse the practice automatically.
What happens after the package is delivered?
1) If the product arrives damaged and the above instructions have been followed, then communicate the incident within 48h to firstname.lastname@example.org. Afterwards you will need to provide all the required documentation, plus any photos that attest to the actual status of the package and a detailed declaration of damage.
2) We offer a 14-day return policy in any case. You will receive a full refund once the product is returned to our warehouse and we have assessed its condition(the product must be returnedin the original packaging with allcomponents, documentation and accessories included. It must show no signs of wear). For return, contact customer service at email@example.com.
Please note that shipping costs will be applied to the exchange, depending on the destination.

Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we evaluate its condition (inthe original packaging with all components and accessories included)and then proceed with the refund or change of the product. For this reason it is important to prepare the package properly (with reinforced box and well closed with adhesive tape) in order to avoid damage to the original packaging.
In case of refund, the same method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase will be used.
